1. How long are shipping times?
   
   Shipping times vary depending on the product and your location. Generally, we ship within 2 days of receiving your order and it takes approximately 2 weeks for the product to reach your doorstep. Each product has an estimated delivery time of 10-20 days.

2. What's your return policy?
   
   At Honest Buys, we believe in sustainability and reducing waste. Instead of returning items, we offer a full refund for any product that doesn't meet your expectations. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us and let us know what went wrong. We may ask for a photo to better understand the issue, and then we'll refund your money in full. If possible, we encourage you to donate the product to a local charity or organization instead of returning it.

3. Can I cancel my order?
   
   Yes, you can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
   
   

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
   
   If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and to your satisfaction. This may include sending the correct item, issuing a refund, or offering a store credit.

5. Do you offer exchanges?
   
   We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product your expected, just let us know and we'll get you a new one.
